Education for every village

Bringing qualified teachers to government schools.

Supreme Foundation Jaswantgarh partners with rural government schools to place trained teachers so that every child gets strong foundations in reading, writing and numeracy.

Focus: Teacher deployment, mentoring and classroom support for government schools.
Location: Jaswantgarh & nearby government schools in Rajasthan.

Strengthening government classrooms, not replacing them.

Supreme Foundation works with local education officials, school leaders and community volunteers so that government schools have enough qualified teachers in core subjects. Teachers placed through the program follow the state curriculum while also using modern teaching methods, activity-based learning and regular assessments.

How the teacher support program works.

The program is designed to be simple for schools and transparent for supporters. Partner schools share their subject-wise vacancy or shortage, and Supreme Foundation identifies suitable teachers from the community, provides training and places them on-site with ongoing monitoring.

Step 1 · School mapping

Identify gaps

Government schools share data on enrolment, grades and subject-wise teacher shortage. Priority is given to early grades and board classes where learning gaps are highest.

Step 2 · Recruit & train

Select local teachers

Graduates and experienced teachers from nearby villages are screened, oriented to the state syllabus and trained in child-friendly classroom practices before deployment.

Step 3 · Monitor outcomes

Track learning

Coordinators visit classrooms, review lesson plans and conduct simple baseline and endline assessments so that students’ progress and attendance can be measured.

Measurable change in learning and attendance.

Regular subject teachers in every classroom reduce multi-grade teaching, increase personal attention and encourage students, particularly girls, to stay in school. Donors and partners receive simple impact reports at the end of each term with stories from classrooms and data from assessments.

What partner schools experience

  • Improved student attendance because classes run regularly in all key subjects.
  • Better board exam readiness through focused support in Mathematics, Science and English.
  • Reduced burden on existing government teachers so they can focus on planning and remediation.
